=head3 Zusammenfassung

Even though the climate summit was considered to have been a success, the goal
of the Kyoto Protocol won't be reached until the USA join, because the US are
the largest emitter of greenhouse gases. Additionally, the now-small states
will have to be included as well; for the treaty to be successful it has to be
applied worldwide.
